The RN Advocate program grew out of necessity and repeated requests for assistance navigating the healthcare system. A medical event or crisis can often determine where and how you or your loved one will live. The RN Advocate program is a proactive, long term approach to navigating the system by being an informed consumer and taking an active role in your health and well being. Along the way, should you need a voice, someone to take notice, ask questions, and be an advocate ~ we will be there for you.

Our Advocates are veteran acute care registered nurses, experienced insiders of the healthcare system. They respectfully listen, value your insights, and believe your perspective and opinion are as important as professionals. Your Advocate will walk you through defining clear goals and expectations of your relationship with Care Response. You determine the level of service you want and it can change as your needs change ~ you decide.

Media attention has elicited fear regarding the healthcare system. Though we acknowledge the system gaps and failings, we believe a safe, beneficial experience is possible ~ one client and one family at a time.
