Direct Link, a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), is a reliable safeguard that assures people their independence to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own home. If you need help, day or night, simply press the small, wireless button worn around your neck or wrist and help is sent immediately. Direct Link is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a UL certified call center with dependable and qualified staff who have your specific instructions on file. Once notified, the call center staff will know what actions to take based on your prior instructions, including dispatch an ambulance when necessary, have a neighbor check in on you in a non-emergency, and/or notify a family member of your situation. Emergency monitoring 24 hours a day provides safety, security, and peace of mind. Eliminate the anxiety of falling or having a medical emergency without anyone knowing. There is no equipment to purchase, no long term contract, installation of monitoring device is at your convenience, and you may cancel at any time – no questions asked. The cost are a one time $50 installation fee and a $40 monthly service fee.
