With the Honeywell HomMed® Health Monitoring System (Telehealth) our nurses can manage
your health seven days a week. In less than three minutes, health data is easily collected in your home and securely transmitted to our office. If the data collected indicates a need for intervention or if you fail to collect your health status information when prompted, we’ll take appropriate action. Daily health monitoring allows us to identify changes in health status earlier and prevent chronic conditions like CHF or COPD from escalating into something more serious, avoiding unnecessary hospital stays and ER visits.
The Telehealth Honeywell HomMed Health Monitoring System is available to anyone through Care Response Home Health Care for a monthly fee of $250. When used in conjunction with the proper diet, medication, and exercise, telehealth can help insure a better quality of life. Clients requiring around the clock or 24/7 care receive telehealth service free of charge.
