Monthly BP Clinics ~ A free service provided by the Care Response RNs to help educate your community regarding blood pressure and the importance of monitoring it.

Give me 5 for stroke ~ The Stroke Collaborative is a joint campaign of the American Academy of Neurology, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to increase awareness. In cooperation with the Stroke Collaborative, we are offering this important public service to your organization. The Care Response RN will come to your work or meeting place, present this educational program and provide resource materials. Give us 5 minutes of your time – it could save your life! Give Back Fridays ~ The last Friday of every month we are working for your non-profit organization! Total net profit from that day is donated while raising awareness about your organization. We will post the copy description you provide on our website, with a link to your website if desired. Please have your text copy (no limit) emailed to us no later than the 25th of the month preceding your Give Back Friday.
