Care Response/Home Helpers is a private duty home care provider serving Ann Arbor and surrounding communities since 2004. Our care managed home care allows you to remain independent when facing challenges associated with everyday activities of daily living. From companionship to help with housework and personal grooming, our services provide the support needed to allow you to remain at home, wherever home is. Services are available seven days a week and may range from a few hours a day to 24/7 around the clock care. Care managed home care means upon admission, an RN will work with you and/or your family to develop a plan of care and a set schedule based on your preferences and needs. RN Care Managers provide addtional, ongoing support at no cost to you. We utilize a Client centered focus to plan, implement and evaluate short term and long range goals to insure the delivery of quality care.

Our Caregivers are bonded, insured, thoroughly screened and trained and most important – committed to the delivery of quality care. One of the most important components of the service we provide is the relationship between you and your Caregiver. We directly employ our care staff, maintain worker’s compensation coverage and liability insurance; a very important distinction when comparing home care agencies. (A contract agent may be considered your employee.) Our telephony (paperless time card) accountability verifies the time your Caregiver works by having them call a toll free telephone number upon arrival and departure from your home.

Because of the depth of our Caregiver pool and a strategic back up plan, we guarantee you will have care as scheduled! Long term care insurance and private pay are accepted.
